Dirt Rag has come a long way since the 16 pages that made up Issue #1 were hand-folded by a group of friends on a ping-pong table in the basement of the home/office. The publication date on that first issue was April 1st, 1989—which makes 2009 Dirt Rag‘s 20th anniversary.
