Philly Bike Expo: 44 Bikes

I first met Kristofer Henry of 44 Bikes at the 2017 Philly Bike Expo. The immediate impact of a clean looking titanium hardtail will always grab my attention so like a moth to a flame I drifted into the 44 Bikes booth. Based out of New Hampshire, Kris knows a thing or two about riding on rough and challenging terrain and he builds bikes to suit that style of riding.

For this year’s show, Kris brought his own personal mountain bike equipped with sliding dropouts to make for easy singlespeed conversions (we like.), and his wife’s hardtail which was decked out in full Industry Nine blue components. With some very nice anodized logos and matching bits, these two 44 Bikes were two of our favorites from the show this year.
