Ibis is updating its Mojo HD3 to Boost 148 spacing, with new bikes in stock right now. Much like the newly released Mojo 3, this will make the HD3 compatible with standard and plus-size 27.5 tires up to 2.8 inches wide.

This turns the HD3 into a very versatile bike for almost any condition, handling tires from standard 2.3, the new 2.5 WT tires from Maxxis and of course the super-grippy 2.8 plus tires.

For you HD3 owners out there with Plus dreams, the swing arm with be an aftermarket options well.

The retrofit kit consists of:
All new HD3 Boost/Plus Swingarm
New 148mm Hexle
Boost lower link
Boost lower link rear shaft hardware
Boost compatible front derailleur mount
Retrofit kits will be available in April.

Of course you’ll need wheels, fork, tires and probably a crank or chainring, but hey, it is still a lot less money than a whole new HD3.
