ReMade in the USA

Ruckus Composites is working hard to diminish the idea that carbon fiber frames are disposable. While steel is always touted as easily repairable, the crew at Rukus can do the same for just about any broken carbon fiber frame. Working with a new motto, Remade in the U.S.A., check out the new website for more info on carbon repair and pictures of past repair jobs.

“Our aim is to demystify carbon fiber and make carbon fiber bike repair a safe and common solution,” said Shawn Small, Ruckus Composite’s Owner. “Ruckus is at a major turning point in the company’s growth and we are focusing on becoming a standard solution across the outdoor industry.”

While broken frames seem are a large part of what Rukus can repair, it is also ready and willing to handle custom modifications such as cable routing changes, seat mast saddle clamp swaps and dropout replacement.

Check out a time lapse video of this carbon repair job, including a repaint.
