Meet a 2011 Mega Sweeps winner – Aaron and his Cygolite

Thanks again to everyone who took the time to fill out our survey and enter the raffle. The feedback we get from you goes directly into making our magazine and website better. A couple of the lucky winners were kind enough to send us a note, so we thought we share their stories with you. Today it’s Aaron from Waterford, Michigan.

Dear Dirt Rag,

Here are a couple photos of the Cygolite Expilion 400 USB and Hotshot 2w lights that I won in the Dirt Rag Sweepstakes.  While I was unable to take any legible action photos of the lights at night, I did take a few others.  In the first photo, my Expilion USB light sits proudly atop my Niner SIR 9’s handlebar on a snowy late afternoon on the Pontiac Lake Recreation Area mountain bike trail in Waterford, MI. I came up with the idea for the second photo after I opened my sock and arm warmer drawer this morning while getting ready for a ride.
