Rim and wheelset manufacturer NoTubes was showing off three new rims at this year’s show.

Arch EX

The Arch EX is an updated version of the Arch. It featuring the same lower and thinner sidewalls found on the lightweight Crest rims. Internal width is now 21mm, up from 19mm. Careful shaving of material from the sidewall has resulted in decrease in weight approximately 20 grams per rim. The Arch EX will be available in 26 and 29-inch versions. A complete Arch EX wheelset with NoTubes hubs will retail for $540.

Two new 650b rims

Notubes is one of a handful of companies catering to the 650b crowd. The company believes enough in the rim size to introduce two new rims, one geared toward lightweight, XC applications, and the other for trail/all mountain use.

The Crest 650b replaces the 355 rim. They weigh 365 grams per rim and retail for $88.

When you need a bigger footprint for your 650b treads the Flow 650b is your go-to rim. The burlier Flow weighs 500 grams and retails for $93.

Both come in a 32-hole drilling and are available now.
